Sandra Bolton (Managing Director - DipTeach BEd GradDipEd Admin MEd FACEA MACE AFAIM) is a registered migration agent with experience in the migration industry and small business, and is also a highly qualified educationist. She is currently the Vice President of the Western Australian Branch of the Migration Institute of Australia.

 

Sandra is a Fellow of the Australian Council of Educational Administration, and a member of the Australian College of Education, and the Australian Institute of Management. She holds degrees from Curtin University, Edith Cowan University, and has also studied at Harvard University.

Skilled Migration

Independent migrants - selected on the basis of their education, skills and work experience.

State/Territory (STNI) Scheme - enables State and Territory Governments to sponsor skilled migrants and their families.

Employer Nomination -  Employers may nominate (or "sponsor") personnel from overseas through the ENS and RSMS schemes, and Labour Agreements.

Business Skills Migration -  encourages successful business people to settle permanently in Australia and develop new business opportunities.

Distinguished Talent -  This is a small category for distinguished individuals such as sports people, musicians and artists, with special or unique talents of benefit to Australia.

Skilled - Australian Sponsored - migrants are selected on the basis of their skills, age, English-language ability and family relationship. They must be sponsored by a relative already living in Australia.

Skilled Independent Regional Visas - skilled migrants wanting to work in regional and low growth areas of Australia will be granted an additional 10 points under the Skilled Independent Regional (SIR) visa.
